Welcome to South Stradbroke Island
A 22-kilometre stretch of untouched beauty, South Stradbroke Island is the
southernmost sand island in Moreton Bay and is protected as a Queensland
Conservation Park.
Once you arrive at Tipplers , you’ll have two hours to relax, explore,
and soak in island life.
Wander along the scenic trail to the island’s eastern beach – you might even
spot a golden swamp wallaby on the way!
Snap the perfect photo with the Surfers Paradise skyline shimmering in the
distance.
Visit during winter and you might catch sight of migrating whales
offshore.
Feeling peckish? Grab a bite or a refreshing drink from the Tipplers Café
before heading back.
Wildlife Experience
Keep your eyes peeled on the journey – this region teems with wildlife!
Spot dolphins , turtles , and even dugongs playing in the water.
Look up for pelicans , white-bellied sea eagles , and black swans
gliding through the sky.
Your crew will point out these amazing creatures along the way.
On the island, you might encounter wallabies , goannas , and other
unique Australian wildlife that make this natural paradise their home.

All Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service fees are included in your tour
