Abeno Harukas 300 Observatory is one of the most breathtaking observatories in Japan. Enjoy stunning panoramic views of Osaka city center from the top of Japan's tallest skyscraper. Standing 300 meters high, the Abeno Harukas tower building dominates the Osaka skyline, offering visitors an unforgettable view of the sprawling city below. Located on the top three floors (levels 58 to 60) of the Abeno Harukas building, the observatory provides a 360-degree view of the Kansai region, from the cityscape to the distant mountains and coastline. The building also houses the super-luxurious Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel from the 38th to 57th floors, with gorgeous guest rooms to pamper yourself. And a fun fact: the tower is also eco-friendly, using exhaust heat from air-conditioning to provide hot water, reducing carbon dioxide in the process.
At the observatory, marvel at sweeping views of Osaka and beyond from the tallest building in the city. On clear days, you can even see iconic landmarks like Osaka Castle, Tsutenkaku Tower, and as far as Mount Rokko and Awaji Island. The observatory's floor-to-ceiling windows give the impression of floating above the city, making it a favourite spot for photography enthusiasts and tourists alike, seeking that ultra-modern Japanese experience.
Open-Air Sky Garden
The Sky Garden, located on the 60th floor, is an open-air deck surrounded by glass walls. Here, you can enjoy the fresh air and serene ambience while soaking in the stunning views. The garden is lined with seating areas, making it a great place to relax and take in the skyline both day and night. The sunset and nighttime views are especially captivating, with the city’s lights twinkling in the distance.
Sky Corridor and Glass Walkways
On the 58th and 59th floors, there are Sky Corridors that connect different parts of the space. These corridors provide additional viewpoints, including areas with glass floors for a thrilling experience of walking above the city. This transparent feature allows visitors to look directly down at the streets far below, giving an exhilarating sense of height.
Pro tip: Shopaholics can also check out the Kintetsu Department Store for everything from cosmetics to fashion. And don’t miss the toilet on the 59th floor for the best toilet view you'll ever come across.

Visited shortly before sunset and there was no wait. There was a much longer line when I left after sunset. Good views with an outdoor cafe.
We had good views of the night scenery of the City. Enjoying our time. If there another chance to visit. I will consider to go in the daytime.
Amazing viewing tower. Very clean and 360° walk around views.

Nice View. I went in the morning. It wasn't too crowded.
