Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jogja and wanting to do something off the beaten track as well (Borobudur, Prambanan, batik painting and Malioboro). Selwa was a knowledgeable and personable guide, and shared many interesting stories and anecdotes about the villages, crafts that we encountered during the tour. It was a good opportunity to interact with the villages involved in the production of emping crackers, tofu, and honey making.
