－ Tour Introduction －
- The Blue Cave is located at Cape Maeda in Onna Village on the main island of Okinawa. It is a sea cave where sunlight filtering into the cave creates a mysterious blue glow on the water surface and underwater, making it one of Okinawa's most popular attractions. As you venture deeper into the cave, the light fades, creating a mystical atmosphere as if you are moving through the darkness.
－ Attraction Introduction －
- Blue Cave
Located near Cape Maeda in Onna Village, Okinawa, this natural cave was carved
by nature. Because the cave is connected to the sea, you can swim directly
into its depths. The cave is known as the 'Blue Cave' because the interior is
bathed in a brilliant blue hue, making it one of Okinawa's premier tourist
spots. Inside the cave lies a vast blue sea, creating a dreamlike world. Upon
entering, you are greeted by a spacious cavern and a natural blue swimming
pool. The cave extends about 60 meters deep, with a height of about 10 meters
from the water surface to the ceiling and a water depth of about 5 meters.

Underwater photography is included for both diving and snorkeling activities.
20 photos will be provided for free.
If you wish to purchase additional video recording services, please consult
with the on-site staff.

Additional information
- If swimming is prohibited in the Blue Cave due to weather conditions, we will decide whether to experience the activity at a nearby beach or cancel the activity altogether. Please be aware of this.
- To ensure safety, the following individuals are ineligible to participate: those with high blood pressure, diabetes, a history of epilepsy, heart disease or asthma, a history of pneumothorax, or other serious illnesses; pregnant women; individuals with physical or mental disabilities, those unable to move or communicate independently, those taking blood pressure medication, or those taking blood sugar medication. For the safety of all participants, it is recommended to note any medical conditions in advance. If the instructor determines that a participant's physical condition is unsuitable, their participation will be cancelled without a refund.
- Men weighing over 100 kg and women weighing over 80 kg are not allowed to participate.
- Those with a systolic blood pressure exceeding 160 mmHg are not permitted to participate! Please measure your blood pressure before registering. On the day of the event, we will also conduct on-site blood pressure measurements for guests aged 45 and above, or those who are overweight. Those with a systolic blood pressure exceeding 160 mmHg will be prohibited from participating, and no refund will be given.
- We have prepared three different prescription lenses for myopia. Generally, if your myopia is less than 200 degrees, you don't need a prescription lens because the refraction in the water will magnify it. If you have severe parallax or high myopia, please bring your own contact lenses.
