With the help of our roaster guide you will learn how coffee is processed and roasted and the impacts on flavors. As one of the largest certified Organic coffee Farm in Kona we do all our roast in house. You will participate in 2 of our production roast and will be able to run the second one yourself with the elp of our roaster.
Itinerary

During the hour long roasting tour you will learn about the different method of processing and their impact on roasting. You will do two roasts on our drum roaster and we will explain all the basics principles of roasting. We will let you do the second roast under our supervision. After the class you will be able to sample and buy all our coffees at the shop.
