Kansai Mini PASS - Collection Method: WEST QR E-Ticket (exchange NOT required) - Add-On: Ticket only (None)
When redeeming the ticket, the starting date must be selected, and the ticket must be used within three (3) consecutive days. The validity period may not be changed if the ticket expires
The "WEST QR E-Ticket" is used differently from the "physical ticket". There is no need to exchange tickets at the station. You only need your smartphone to use the ticket and access the ride.
Please note that you must purchase a separate limited express ticket when riding the Kansai Airport Express "HARUKA" and other limited express trains. Please click the product link on the right to purchase HARUKA tickets.
Use your smartphone to visit the "WEST QR Service Website" and scan the QR Code to pass through the automatic ticket gate. For detailed instructions, please refer to this guide.
If you hold an adult or child WEST QR ticket, you can bring up to 2 children (1-5 years old) with you for free, the third and subsequent children will need a WEST QR child ticket. Free admission for infants under 1 year old.
Each infant requires a WEST QR child ticket if the following conditions are met: When the infant is occupying a reserved seat alone, or when the infant is travelling alone.

Redemption was easy at Kyoto Station. There was a male staff at the green redemption machine who spoke English and helped me scan the QR code on my phone and scan my passport. Fast and efficient
