- If the minimum number of participants is less than 3 on the departure date, we will contact you at least 2 days in advance.

- We will depart at the scheduled meeting time without any special confirmation procedures, so please arrive on time.

- If the shuttle bus departs due to a meeting delay, date changes or refunds are not possible.
- Bana Hills entrance fee and lunch are not included, and customers must purchase tickets themselves.
- The entrance fee to Bana Hills is approximately 850,000 VND for adults (141cm and taller) / 700,000 VND for children (100cm-140cm) / Free for children under 99cm.
