- Once the booking is confirmed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed for any reason. Please book carefully!
- Online bookings are only accepted for reservations after 5:30 PM. For reservations between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, please purchase directly at the restaurant.
- Same-day bookings must be made at least 3 hours before arrival at the restaurant. The cut-off time for bookings is 4:00 PM.
- Prices may increase or reservations may not be available on Thai public holidays, Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and similar occasions. Please confirm with customer service before booking.
- After receiving the e-confirmation, check all booking details carefully. If there are any issues, contact us promptly for corrections. On the day of your visit, present the confirmation to the staff upon arrival.
- If you fail to arrive at the restaurant on time due to traffic or personal reasons, the booking will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be provided according to the restaurant's policy.
- Reservations can only be made within 7 days of the Service date. For example, if your service date is May 7, bookings will be accepted starting from May 1.
- Do not bring valuables when traveling. In case of loss or damage to personal belongings, the guest will be solely responsible.
