Diving: Healthy individuals aged 10–60 years.

Snorkeling: Healthy individuals aged 2–60 years.

*Please note that individuals with the following medical conditions or symptoms are not eligible to participate.

This is to prioritize safety and prevent accidents. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

We will reconfirm your application on the day of the event, but please note that you will still be subject to the cancellation charge even if you are found to be in compliance.

• High blood pressure: (≥140/90 mmHg)
• Ear and sinus issues: Eardrum perforation, Meniere's disease, otitis media, sinusitis, or severe allergies causing daily or physical activity restrictions
• Post-COVID-19 respiratory/circulatory issues (e.g., restricted activity based on testing), nasal obstructions (e.g., nasal polyps, deviated septum)
• Dental issues: Cavities or improperly fitting dental prosthetics
• Respiratory conditions: Asthma, tuberculosis, pulmonary conditions caused by smoking
• Acute respiratory infections: Cold, pneumonia, bronchitis
• Heart conditions: Arrhythmia, valvular disease, coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy.
• Neurological and mental health conditions: Seizures, epilepsy, migraines, recent head trauma, psychiatric disorders, alcohol intoxication, neuralgia
• Eye conditions: Glaucoma, conjunctivitis
• Joint and muscle issues: Paralysis, arthritis, rheumatism, muscular inflammation
• Other significant conditions: Stroke, stomach/duodenal ulcers, hepatitis, pancreatitis, diabetes, extreme obesity (BMI ≥30), pregnancy
• Thyroid disorders** (uncontrolled by medication)
• Phobias: Claustrophobia, acrophobia, agoraphobia
• Severe motion sickness
• Pressure-related pain: E.g., ear or sinus pain during flights or mountainous drives
• Fitness test: If your heart rate does not return to normal within 45 seconds after climbing on and off a chair five times in 5 seconds

• Minors must have parental consent
• You cannot participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• After diving, you need at least 18 hours before boarding an airplane
• Diving points may change due to bad sea conditions or weather changes on the day
• When making a reservation, please let us know the clothing size (XS, S, M, L, LL) and vision (contact, glasses, naked eye) of all participants in the "Requests & Remarks" column

[Measures on prevention of infectious disease]

• Staff may wear masks to prevent the spread of infectious diseases
• To prevent the spread of of infectious diseases, we provide disinfectant in the shop
• Areas touched by human hands are disinfected during cleaning
• All equipment will be sterilized with hypochlorous acid water after cleaning
• The shop entrance will be open to improve ventilation. We also have the space sterilized with hypochlorous acid water
• We are holding a small number of people so that it will not be dense
• In order to prevent close contact, we are keeping a sufficient distance when serving travelers
• We are frequently sanitizing frequently touched surfaces such as tables, chairs, and doors

①It is very difficult to supply masks due to the excessive demand for masks. Please prepare a mask by yourself. Thank you for your cooperation.
② Customers with the following symptoms should refrain from coming to the shop.

• Those who have a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or those who continue to have a fever
• Those with cold symptoms (fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, etc.)
• Those with strong fatigue or shortness of breath (dyspnea)
• Those who have a patient or a close contact with the new coronavirus infection nearby
• Those who have not passed 14 days since entering Japan from countries or regions where the government has restricted due to border measure
• Others who are worried about their physical condition

③ Drinks are available in the shop and on the boat, but we recommend that you bring your own.
