It was very easy to book the sim card and collect it once we arrived on KL. Once you collect the bags and come out the Tune Talk counter is on the left hand side. We bought 2 sims of unlimited data and it was working fine in the all the places we went in KL and near by.

I picked up the pre-booked SIM card in Terminal 1 right next to the exit - easy to find. The assistant put the SIM in my phone as well so I had nothing to do. It could not have been easier. Data quality and reception was very reliable.
Super easy pickup at KLIA1, and the SIM worked instantly. Fast 5G speed all around Kuala Lumpur with no issues. Very convenient and great value for travelers!

Very prompt service with my order all set in 15 minutes. I was able to board the Express bus to Ipoh at 6:12 am with the TuneTalk sim card working in good order. There were altogether 3 stalls adjacent to each other. The TuneTalk representative well looked after my order. He was present at the booth before 6am that morning.
