• For airport pick-ups, after you have collected your luggage, please request the vehicle number and driver's contact information via the emergency contact/KakaoTalk provided upon booking confirmation, and we will send you the details.

  
  
• Parking and stopping are not permitted at Thai airports, so it takes a significant amount of time if an assistant waits with a sign. To save your valuable time, we do not use airport meeting assistants; instead, please identify your vehicle and driver outside Gate 3 on the 2nd floor and board immediately to depart.
• For airport pick-ups, please board the vehicle after confirming the vehicle number at the meeting point, rather than looking for a sign with your name.
• Driver Information: A professional driver who can speak basic English will be assigned (Korean is not available). (A tip of 100 THB per vehicle for a one-way trip is recommended.)
• Flight Delay Information: This service monitors your flight status in advance, so even if your flight is delayed, there is no need to contact us in advance. Please proceed to the meeting point (outside Gate 3, 2nd floor) upon arrival.
• Date Selection Guide: Please purchase based on your departure date from Korea.
• Meeting Time for Drop-off: We recommend meeting 4 hours and 30 minutes before your flight departure time. (Example: Flight departure time: 23:00 --- Recommended meeting time: 18:30)

【Important Notes】

• Upon booking confirmation, we will send you the contact information/KakaoTalk ID of the Thai vehicle coordinator. You can easily receive driver information via KakaoTalk by adding the ID and requesting the vehicle number/driver's contact details on the day of your trip.

  
  

• Sedans are only available for 1-3 passengers. If there are 4 people, including children or infants, you must purchase a van. Vans can accommodate up to 9 people; for groups of 10 or more (including children), you must purchase 2 vehicles.

  
  
• Car seats are not provided in the vehicles.
• The sedan model is a Toyota Camry (mid-size) or equivalent, and the van model is a Toyota Commuter or equivalent.
• Items left in the vehicle may be lost. Please check the interior and trunk carefully when getting out of the vehicle.
• Thai vehicle insurance provides coverage of up to 300,000 THB (approximately 10 million KRW, same for foreigners and locals, regardless of occupation or age) in the event of death or accident. Since the benefits in case of an accident are limited, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in Korea before your trip to Thailand.
