After clearing immigration, go to the area between Gate 3 and 4. As there will be alot of names there, look out for Pelago logo first, and find your name under Pelago. Inform the staff, and they will call for the driver. It'll take 10 to 15 mins for the driver to come. Overall process is smooth.
Highly recommend booking this airport transfer to avoid the chaos at Bangkok airport. Their counter on the arrivals level is easy to find and the staff walk you out to the car once it is ready. I arrived 40min before my booking time and they were still able to accommodate me. Great service and seamless transfers.
