- Rescheduling is not possible for this ticket.
- Please note the maximum ticket quantities per order: Burj View (2), City View (9), Palm View (5), Marina View (9).
- The minimum age for entry is 15 years old.
- Guests aged 15–18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- After 7:00 PM, only guests aged 21 years and older are allowed.
- Children under 15 years old are not permitted to enter AURA SKYPOOL.
- Guests aged 15 and above require a standard ticket.
