Step 1 Confirm your reservation via WhatsApp
Send us a message on WhatsApp for easy communication. Here, you can confirm your pick-up time, location, and any special requirements.

Step 2 Pick-Up
A professional driver arrives at the agreed-upon pick-up location in either Belgrade or Novi Sad at the scheduled time.
The driver will greet you by name, ensuring a personal and welcoming experience.

Step 3 Your requirements
The vehicle is comfortable, air-conditioned, and ready for a smooth journey. It may include amenities like bottled water or Wi-Fi, depending on the service.

Step 4 During the Transfer
The driver takes the most efficient and scenic route, offering insights into the area during the trip. The ride is private and tailored to ensure comfort, safety, and speed.

Step 5 Arriving at Destination:
The driver will drop off you at the specified address in Novi Sad or Belgrade.

Upon arrival, the driver will ensure that the guest has all their belongings and offer any additional assistance if necessary.

• Make changes to rides or cancel for free up to 1 hour before the transfer.
• Book at least 2 h before the departure. We are fast, but we will need 30 min to the airport in Belgrade
• Our drivers speak the local language and  English.
• Child seat, and tourist info brochures are available on request in every vehicle and for free.
