Admission Ticket FreeAfter being picked up by your driver you will be driven for about an hour north of Belize City. Along the way, your guide will provide information about Belize's history and culture. You will enjoy the beautiful landscape of this part of the country including a look at the Belize River and small villages along the way. Your stop will be at the landing site just outside the major town of Orange Walk at the toll bridge. Here you get a chance to use the restroom after which you will board a very comfortable motor boat with a canopy and meet the captain who will also guide your river and Lamania tour. Your new river tour then begins. As you traverse this amazing river you may see tropical water birds, crocodiles, howler monkeys, and manatees. You stop at the Mayan site of Lamanai. After lunch is served you will be given a guided tour of Lamanai and then you will be making your way back to the landing area by boat to get your bus that will bring you back to Belize CityNew River(Pass by)
