This trip was one of the highlights of our stay in KL. Our visit was at 6pm and the visibility was okay. Apparently weather wise, mid afternoon is the most unpredictable time to visit. No problems booking through Pelago.

Quick and easy to use the voucher. No need to exchange for any other ticket. Just show it to them during your booking slot and they'll scan it as is. Make sure to be there 15 mins. before so that you get scanned in with your group. The 7pm slot was wonderful, in spite of the rain. You get to see from the Skybridge and the 86th floor. Totally worth the views!

Quickly got the confirmation of tickets upon booking. At the attraction, just show your ticket at the entrance and they will allow you to stand in the queue. They will provide an visitor sticker with an colour, which will be pasted in shoulder. Scanning the qr was very quick and we were allowed to enter the lift within 10 mins. They will provide you time to stay in bridge and observation deck and we will be asked to move out based on the colour of the sticker. Enjoy your KL view from Twin tower !!

It was a smooth experience purchasing the tickets for a visit to Petronas Twin Towers KL. There is no need to exchange the e-ticket to a physical one. Just wait at the lobby between 15-30 minutes for the announcement to queue up for the usher to give a color-coded sticker and scan your e-ticket. The whole trip lasted about an hour, with the first stop being the connecting bridge for about 15 minutes and another stop on the 80+ floor for a good aerial view of KL city. The visit was fabulous. Must buy in advance as tickets sell out fast.
