The driver was on time, the ride was comfortable. However the price is more expensive than using Grab. So this part need to be improved.
The destination was clearly written when I booked, and also noted on the voucher. There are two hotels with the same name – one in the city and one outside of it – and I was heading to the one outside the city. They told me I couldn’t be taken there with the fare I paid. Had I known the fare difference beforehand, I would have accepted it, or they could have simply refused the service. The driver felt bad for me and kindly covered the difference to take me to the Shangri-La Hotel. There’s an issue with the company’s operations. If you’re going to the Shangri-La Hotel, you should be careful.
