Service hours: 07:00 ~ 21:00 (For services other than those listed above,
please consult customer service first and additional charges will apply.

Pick-up/drop-off area: Must be within Osaka city. Waiting time: For airport
pickups, the driver will wait for 60 minutes from the time specified by the
passenger. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of flight delays or
other unforeseen circumstances. If we do not contact you, the driver has the
right to depart without waiting for the passenger, and no refund will be given
in this case.

For airport drop-off, the driver will wait for 30 minutes from the time
specified by the passenger.

If a customer is unable to board the vehicle due to personal reasons, an
additional delay fee will be charged. If the customer has other scheduled
trips, the driver has the right not to wait and the deposit will not be
refunded.


【Model Information】


• Business-class 6-seater vehicle: Toyota Alphard or equivalent, can
accommodate up to 6 passengers + 2 small pieces of luggage; if there are 3-4
passengers, it can carry 4 pieces of luggage.


• Business-class 5-seater vehicle: Toyota Granace or equivalent, seating up to
5 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage.


• Comfortable 9-seater model: Toyota Hiace or equivalent, seating up to 8-9
passengers + 10 pieces of luggage.


Due to differences in luggage size and number, there may be situations where boarding is not possible.

If the number of passengers is insufficient, one additional piece of luggage can be placed on the seat for each passenger less than the permitted number. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund.
