I’ve used the Have Fun Pass a few times now. It’s easy to use, but the Fukui version doesn’t offer as much savings compared with other regions. Dinosaur Museum: It’s a very popular choice, and you must reserve your entry slot in advance, especially on weekends and public holidays. The pass alone won’t guarantee entry. Echizen Railway: The 1‑day pass is good value, but if your goal is to visit the Dinosaur Museum, the Transport Set Ticket (JPY 1,600) is usually the better deal. It includes both the 1‑day railway pass and free bus travel in the Katsuyama area, which makes the trip smoother and cheaper overall. Ichijodani Asakura Family Site: The museum offers a combined ticket for the permanent exhibition and the Restored Townscape. I highly recommend visiting both. Overall it is still worth it, but expect modest savings rather than major discounts.
The pass is easy to use and value for $. We exchanged for the 1 day unlimited train ride to visit Tojinbo and dinosaur museum with round trips museum bus provided. Highly recommended for whoever wants to visit Fukui

Easy to redeem, and quite worth the value.
Easy to redeem through the green machines with the passport scanner. Redeemed it directly at the bus from the fukui dinosaur museum and the Yamamoto shop at fukui and L1 reception of harppin mall. Only con is shop staff don't know how to direct you to the Yamamoto shop at fukui. Saved a lot of stress.
