The ticket says pre-registration for specific date/slot required. For us, we bought and register all on the same day just before visiting that day - there was 5 mins between steps (pending confirm, order confirmation, slot booked). Generally, no issues, which was great!
Pelago made it easy. Simply scan the wr code at the entrance and you get on very quickly.
The individual air condition room in each enclosed aviary is a fantastic idea and to include many facts and info about the birds is most thoughtful for using the time cooling down in the rooms. I remembered at the previous Jurong Bird Park the performance by the birds include a game between 2 birds. I think you should bring that game back.
