Isla Contoy
Escape to Isla Contoy, a protected natural sanctuary in the Mexican Caribbean known for its turquoise waters, white-sand beaches, and abundant wildlife. Your adventure begins with a scenic boat ride across the Caribbean Sea, with a snorkeling stop at Ixlaché Reef, where you can discover colorful coral formations, tropical fish, and marine life in clear waters. Continue to Isla Contoy, a government-protected nature reserve home to more than 150 bird species and a rich variety of native flora and fauna. Explore the island and enjoy its natural surroundings before continuing to Isla Mujeres. Once in Isla Mujeres, enjoy free time to relax on the beach, walk through the colorful streets of downtown, or simply take in the Caribbean atmosphere before returning to the mainland.

On this tour you will visit Isla Mujeres, if you are in Riviera Maya or Playa del Carmen the main dock to board the boat is located in Cancun, it is not located in Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya.
Snorkeling depends on the weather and if it is not done, there is no refund or partial refund

Ixlaché may be replaced by El Meco or the Contoy inlet, while the included snorkeling experience will still be provided at an alternate location. No refund or partial refund applies, as the snorkeling activity remains included and is provided at an alternative location of comparable quality and safety.
Date Change & No-Show Policy Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the tour cannot be accepted. Guests who are not available at the confirmed pick-up location and time will be considered a No Show and charged 100% of the tour price. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and being ready on time.
