— What You Can Expect —

In Thai culture, performing good deeds (known as "making merit") is of great
importance, as it is believed to bring blessings and protection. Donating a
coffin is considered a significant act of merit, as it helps the deceased
transition peacefully to the afterlife, and it is believed that such a good
deed will bring good fortune and fulfill one’s wishes in return.

The staff will perform the coffin donation on your behalf at the well-known
Yide Shan Tang Temple in Bangkok, a place with a long history of incense
offerings and blessings. The merit donation will be recorded with your name,
symbolizing your heartfelt contribution.

According to tradition, the donation receipt will be burned after the ritual
to signify that the donation has been presented to the spirits. The staff will
ensure the entire process is captured on video/photo/live stream, and provide
you with photos of the merit certificate and receipt for your records,
guaranteeing a smooth and complete ceremony.
