Start with a short walk to learn more about edible plants in the neighbourhood. Back at the apartment, assemble a special Thai leaf-wrapped 'Miang Kham' appetiser and enjoy a sumptuous Asian grazing platter which includes delicious locally-caught seafood like salt-crusted snapper, Sri Lankan crabs (luxe option), tiger prawns and squid (might vary based on the 'catch of the day' in the local markets), wild vegetables and assorted Thai desserts.
