- Departure from Hanoi, pickup is available within Hanoi Old Quarter. Due to
traffic restrictions, tourist buses may not access some streets, so a nearby
meeting point within walking distance of your hotel will be arranged. Please
provide your hotel address when booking. We will contact you with the exact
meeting point and pickup time after confirmation.
Therefore, please provide a phone number that can be reached via
WhatsApp/WeChat/ Viber/ KakaoTalk/ or iMessage when making your booking.
- Guests staying outside the Old Quarter: Please arrive at 2 Co Tan Street by
7:30 AM. Pickup is between 7:30–7:45 AM.
- Tour duration : Full day ( 12 hours) Start from 7:00 - 7:30am and return about 19:00 -19:30pm.
- If you plan to change hotels or have a flight after the tour, you can bring your luggage with you.

Good and enjoyable. Tour guide Giang was knowledgeable and made us all feel comfortable. Highly recommended!
Cuong aka Golden Goat was a great tour guide, he explained things patiently and waited for us in the morning during pickup, though we were slightly late.

A good tour to see various site outside Hanoi. Good scenery and boat trip
Ease of booking and well organized trip
Pick up is arranged to be nearby the accommodation as it is not possible for the bus to stop. Instructions was clear and easy to follow. Our guide is Quy, speaks English well and gave us good information on the places of interest. Buffet lunch spread is good and wide variety even for vegetarian. The Trang a boat tour is about 2 hours, paddling in caves and some time is given to visit a temple on an island. Definitely will recommend this tour.
Tour was well organised and guide is witty, knowledgeable about history and culture. Very good experience.
