We only manage to attend the ramen kitchen experience this time but we look forward to try the one for the ramen bowls the next time around. This is because we really enjoyed the ramen kitchen. Frank kept everything light-hearted and learning to cook ramen was good fun. The 2 ramen bowls that we cooked were tasty and interesting. To add, Frank is also a very reasonable person. What happened was that our schedule was delayed and we were not able to attend the ramen tasting tour which we had initally signed up for. He kindly arranged for us to join the kitchen session 2 days later and refunded the difference to us (he also did conversion to jpy as it was initally paid in sgd). Frank is a good person and you are definitely in good hands with him around.
