Please meet at the Warner Stables, the big red stables located at the end of Sundance Road in Banff. There is plenty of free parking at the site

Please arrive 30 minutes before your selected timeslot

Helmets are mandatory

Mosquito repellent is highly recommended

As part of the check-in process, guests may be required to confirm their current weight on a scale and provide proof of the child’s age. In the event that these requirements are not met, the booking will be forfeited without a refund

All adult riders must sign a waiver for themselves (and their kids under 18)

16:30 - Guests meet at the barns (same place, same time)

17:00 - Depart for 2 hour wagon ride (or comparable ride)

19:00 - Return to barns to have steak fry dinner at Boone's Barns (cash bar)

Modified LUNCH Cookout by Wagon:

11:00 - Guests meet at the barns

11:30 - Depart for 2 hour wagon ride (or comparable ride)

13:30 - Return to barns to have steak fry lunch at Boone's Barns (NO cash bar).
