Child policy
Children under 3 years are not allowed to fly. However, they are welcome to join the transfer but must be accompanied by a non-flying adult at all times.
Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult during the balloon flight.
Children aged 13-17 years may participate in the balloon flight unaccompanied, but must be accompanied by an adult for the remainder of the tour.
Good to know
This activity is not suitable for pregnant women beyond three months (13 weeks) or individuals who have participated in diving the day before.
Guests must be able to climb a 1.2-metre ladder into the balloon basket without assistance and must be able to stand for the duration of the flight.
Passengers with medical conditions or accessibility needs are advised to consult with their doctor or specialist prior to booking.
Passengers are responsible for reconfirming their pickup point at least 48 hours before travel. A reconfirmation link will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Bad Fishy Jet Boating Experience
After your balloon flight, you will be dropped off at Bad Fishy at the Reef Fleet Terminal for your jet boating experience. Please note that return transport to your accommodation is not included, and you will need to make your own way back from this location.
Participants must be at least 110cm in height to ride.
