The experience was great until I called to inquire about a missing video and the lady was VERY rude and hung up on me. We had a huge group with multiple people purchasing extra rides and videos. Regardless if I misunderstood the process, I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like crap. Unfortunately bad customer service usually sticks more than a great activity does.
