- Infants (ages 0 to 3) are free of charge.
- Pets (dogs) with a shoulder height of less than 50 cm are allowed to board. Dogs 50 cm or taller are not allowed to board.
- In case of strong winds or other severe weather conditions, the service may operate with a smaller vessel or be canceled for safety reasons.
Required items to bring & attire
- A device with an internet connection (such as a smartphone) is required at all times when using the ticket.
- Printed copies and screenshots cannot be used.

- Please display the digital entry ticket on your smartphone with an internet connection and present it to the staff at the ticket counter. After confirmation, a boarding ticket will be issued.
- Please come to the ticket counter at least 10 minutes before departure to exchange your ticket.
- If the boat reaches capacity due to congestion, you will be asked to take the next departure. (Operates every 30 minutes)

Pets (dogs) in carriers are allowed in the cabin (general passenger area), but pets on a leash or being held must remain on the deck only.
Guests boarding with pets will receive an original sticker as a gift (one per group).
Guests who have any of the following certificates, and one accompanying caregiver, are eligible for a discounted fare. However, tickets are not sold online, so please purchase them at the on-site ticket counter.
