• If you do not arrive at the massage shop within 15 minutes of your scheduled time on the day, it will be treated as a NO-SHOW and no refund will be given.
• If you arrive later than your scheduled time at the massage shop, we will provide a massage for the remaining time.
• Please keep your valuables safe and take care to prevent safety accidents caused by carelessness when using the product.
• Please be careful, as you are responsible for any loss of valuables or safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
  
• We recommend purchasing individual travel insurance before use.
• A tip of 150,000 VND is mandatory, and please be sure to pay it at the counter.
  
• We are responsible for providing product information, while the product operation is conducted by the local spa.
• Pregnancy massage is not provided.

[Children's Policy]

• There is no separate babysitter.
• Children who are not receiving massages may rest in the waiting area, or young children may rest together in the barbershop; however, availability may vary depending on the reservation status and the availability of barbershop chairs.
  
• Children: Ages 3–11, same as adult fares.

[Tips]

Service charge (mandatory tip) of 150,000 VND for 90 minutes is not included.

Please do not pay directly to the masseuse; please make sure to pay at the counter.

[Luggage Storage]

Simple luggage storage is available at the spa reception, but it may be difficult to store bulky items or if the space is limited.
