    Our Tour Manager will meet you at the Luxor Airport, Train Station or your Local Residence in Luxor and transfers you to your booked hotel in Luxor. After getting your Lunch our guide will be waiting for you at the Reception hall to start the tour of the eastern side of Luxor Luxor Temple, this temple founded in Luxor. This temple is not dedicated to one particular god or pharaoh. Instead, it may have been where many of the kings of ancient Egypt were crowned. This temple was built in 1400 BC, mostly by Amenhotep III and Ramesses II. When you stand before the first pylon, you see two enormous statues of Ramesses II that guard the temple. Only one obelisk sits in front of the first pylon. The second obelisk can be found at Place de la Concorde in Paris. From the first pylon, you enter the Court of Ramesses II. It is here that you can also see the Mosque of Abu al-Haggag, One of the Muslim Spiritual Leaders of the Medieval time. Walk through a colonnade of papyrus columns to the immense court of Amenhotep III. Beyond this are antechambers. One of these was converted into a church by the Romans in the 4th century AD. The walls were plastered and painted with Christian paintings.

For over 2,000 years, starting in 2000 BCE, temples, monuments, and buildings were added to the complex. Approximately 30 pharaohs added something to the Karnak Temple Complex. What you will See at Karnak Temples: There are over 25 temples and chapels in the complex, including separate shrines, Sanctuaries, obelisks, and groups of columns all feature accounts of the heroic deeds of the sponsoring pharoah. some of the most prominent sections are: 1- The great Hypostyle Hall, considered one of the world’s great architectural achievements. It is filled with 134 enormous pillars, the highest 70 feet tall, and each about 45 feet around. The hall covers an area of 64,586 sq ft. 2- The Obelisk of Thutmose I, a 22m (71ft) monument, is the only one of four original obelisks that is still standing. 3- The Avenue of the Sphinxes, or Sacred Way, that once stretched the two miles from Karnak to Luxor Temple.

The morning ends with a visit to the scenic temple of Queen Hatshepsut in Deir El Bahari and characterized by a series of colonnaded terraces.
