【Spa LaQua】

• When using the service, please go to the Spa LaQua counter, select the "Use Electronic Ticket" button, and then present your voucher to the staff.
• For safety reasons, children aged 0 to 5 are not allowed to enter the museum.
• Visitors aged 6 to 17 must use the museum's services accompanied by a guardian (those aged 6 to 11 must be accompanied by a same-sex guardian) and must leave the museum no later than 18:00 (last entry time 15:00).
• Visitors who are intoxicated, have skin diseases, or have other infectious diseases are not allowed to enter the museum.
• Visitors with tattoos or body painting (tattoos, body painting, temporary tattoos, etc.) are not allowed to enter the museum.
• Additional charges apply for use during therapeutic baths (those under 18 years of age are not permitted), weekends and public holidays, and late-night hours.
• No eating or drinking is allowed inside the building.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Visitors who wish to smoke should use the designated smoking areas.

Tokyo Metro 1-Day Pass

• The voucher is valid for 90 days after purchase.
• To use the service, simply align the QR code on the screen with the ticket gate that supports QR codes to enter or exit the station. Each visitor needs to have one QR code.
  *This ticket cannot be used at the following stations: Hibiya Line Kita-Senju Station South Exit, Hibiya Line Kita-Senju Station North Exit, Nakameguro Station, Nakano Station, Nishi-Funabashi Station, Yoyogi-Uehara Station, Wakoshi Station, Hanzomon Line/Fukutoshin Line Shibuya Station, Asakusa Line Oshiage Station, Mita Line/Namboku Line Meguro Station, Shinjuku Line Shinjuku Station, and the Tsukuba Express transfer area at Shin-Okachimachi Station.
