It was cold on the mountaintop and we saw snow! That's the highlight of my experience. Instructions were clear and the guides were good. The lady at the registration counter noted that me and my friend were placed on separate buses and changed that immediately to the same bus for us. Great work.
A well paced day trip to Mount Titlis with a short stop in Lucerne town. Guide was nice and friendly and explained very well during the trip. Overall a nice experience. Recommended.
Worst tour experience ever! We’ve taken many tours around the world and this by far was the worst. The places we visited were breathtaking, but our tour was simply horrible. Our tour guide, Yansen, was boring, no voice in his energy, the microphone in the bus was so low and people had to requested several times before they increased the volume. Almost everyone fell asleep listening to him. On top of that, I did not see a smile from him nor the bus driver. People we talked to in the tour were disappointed as well. When we reached the locations, it’s mostly free time, our tour guide didn’t come along (when we thought that’s how it’s supposed to be for all tour, we realized the other tour guides from other groups actually came a long with the group and guided them on every checkpoints). This led to even more disappointments. We paid so much for the tour so we can be guided, not just to be transported to a place and had no guidance, especially when you paid over $300+. This simply was the worst tour experience ever!
