More varied food selection , too much Indian cuisine for me , pizza would be good option

Not enough places to sit. The place was noisy and crowded. Food was tasteless. Nowhere left to sit and work. I won’t be returning.

When we arrived at the lounge the reception team claimed they did not recognise the QR code or my confirmation of booking. It took more than 20 minutes for them to agree to admit us. The food was poorly stocked and not replenished as it ran out. The whole area, especially the floor carpet where we were sitting was not clean.

Very helpful staff, air-conditioning was broken so had to use portable units so fairly uncomfortable. Food average complimentary drinks quite good

The lounge was good but had to ask to be allowed into a seated section as it had been reserved but there was no other seating available and that seemed like a hassle for the management. The food was as normal for a lounge the staff at the front desk could have been better it took over 10 mins to click on a QR code and finally let us in and there was a quite big queue there. So overall some not all of the staff could have been better
