Meeting Point Information
- Departure Point: Marina South Pier Ferry Terminal (NS28), 1-minute walk from Exit B.
- Ticket Collection: Yellow Counter, 30 minutes before departure. Temporary notice: Ticket redemption may be at the waiting area; look for staff with a blue clipboard.
- Boarding: First-come, first-served seating.
- Sentosa Departures (if applicable): Collect tickets at the kiosk next to 7-Eleven (opposite Cold Storage) at least 15 minutes before departure.

Must Know
- Important (from 24 Apr 2025): St John’s Island Main Jetty is closed for repairs; services are re-routed to Pulau Seringat Jetty (Lazarus Island).
- Validity: Pass is valid only for departures from Marina South Pier.
- Island Hopping: Unlimited transfers between St John’s and Kusu per schedule. Once back on the mainland, the pass is no longer valid for re-departure.
- Overnight stays: Return next day permitted—inform staff during ticket collection.
- Weather: Operations continue in rain; delays may occur in bad weather or high jetty traffic.
- Late departures: Starting from ~3:00 PM limits time on islands; the 5:00 PM departure is mainly for overnighters.
- Missed last ferry? Call the operator to arrange a special charter (from S$90/boat to Marina South Pier; S$100/boat to Sentosa, up to 12 pax).

Excellent service. Very easy to collect our tickets and the ferry crossing to St Johns & Kasu was brilliant and cooling on a very hot day.
