- Activation Window: eSIM must be activated on the selected date; early or late activation may cause failure.
- Fair Usage Policy (FUP): Excessive data use in a short period may result in temporary throttling.
- Speed after data limit: Reduced to 384kbps when high-speed data is used up.
- Hotspot use: Supported but may affect speed depending on device and signal strength.
- Each QR code can only be scanned and bound to the same device; reissue or transfer to another phone is not supported.
- If the eSIM plan is deleted or misused without technical assistance, reissue or refund is not possible.
- Day Calculation: Daily plan = 24-hour system; Total plan = calendar day system (GMT+8).

esim is highly recommended! I can not even finished a 2GB data consumption while in business trip in mainland China.
Works well. Easy to set up also
It did not install immediately. Installed on the second attempt, but I could not use the data until 1 day later. I had to "borrow" the hotel staff's local data to get Alipay to register my Metro card and then I resorted to using my own Singapore ISP's data roam to finally get things to work. I re-tired the eSiM later in the day, and it finally worked and I could use the data. By that time I was already using 2 sources of data: the local eSIM and my Singapore data roam. one reason I used the eSIM - I thought I would have a phone number attached to the eSIM so that I could use local services that required a China phone number - what a disappointment as there was none. Again, I had to depend on the friendly locals who were more than happy to help.
