very easy to access and clear information
Last minute booking on pelago. Book tonight for tmr morning arrival. Impressive arrangement from them. Fuss free. As they will whatsapp you for more details. Input scoot or sia booking reference for further discount.
The meeting point at airport on arrival was organised. Thereafter, the meet & greet team inform driver to retrieve car & we boarded vehicle safely. She was very polite and journey was pleasant! Highly recommended. Will use again
Experience to get pick up is smooth. After confirmation of booking, a representative will contact you for flight details. Closer to the date they will send you reminder and instruction on where to look out for your name. Once you have found your name, they will call for the driver. 10 mins wait and off you go.
It was very easy to find my name at what they said it was. From there it was a short walk to where the car picked us up. I would use this service again in the future.
Quite smooth just follow the instruction given. Got to go Gate 3, just opposite the Information Counter, you will see lots of names written on white sheets of paper. Look for SmartRdye with your name. The person in charge will take a photo of you with your name on printed sheet. Waited 10 minutes and was told to go Gate 4 pick up point. Work just like Grab.
Driver was on time and was courteous ans helpful with large luggages that we had. Highly recommended
