• The actual vehicle type for the trip will be arranged according to the number of reservations; we will arrange the trip according to the reservations' language preferences. If the reservations are full or the number of participants is not reached, we will make arrangements as appropriate. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• The departure and return times vary depending on the chosen itinerary. Please refer to the itinerary table (actual times and itinerary may be adjusted based on the day's conditions and weather).
  
• Children under 2 years old can participate in this tour for free, but will not occupy a separate seat. If a seat is required, a transportation fee of 30,000 won per person will be charged. If a child is found to be underage, the child tour fee will be charged.
• The opening or closing of some attractions in the Ice and Snow Kingdom may vary depending on the actual weather conditions and other factors, and may be subject to the park's decision.
• The actual dates of each celebration, farm open days, etc., may be adjusted according to actual weather conditions, etc. Please refer to the situation on the day of your trip. If the weather is bad or other force majeure factors cause attractions to close after departure, alternative attractions will be arranged as appropriate and no refund will be given.
  
• Please provide your correct contact information (LINE / WhatsApp) when booking. If you fail to provide the correct contact information and are unable to contact us before departure, we regret that we will not be able to offer a refund.
• The tour is pre-selected to be conducted in Chinese or English. Please indicate your preferred language on the payment page. (If the tour is fully booked or the minimum number of participants is not reached, arrangements will be made according to availability. We apologize for any inconvenience.)
• If you are booking separately from your travel companions, please provide the total number of members booking separately and the name of each member in the remarks.
• The strawberry picking tour does not include the cost of making strawberry jam. If you are interested, you can apply to the tour guide now to purchase the jam as an add-on activity.
• If the tour cannot proceed due to insufficient participants, we will proactively notify you to reschedule or offer alternative solutions. If you wish to cancel, you can apply for a refund directly on the platform. Please check your email for notifications before departure.
  
• The tour guide will recommend local restaurants, with an average cost of 15,000-20,000 won per person. You can also choose any other restaurant according to your own preferences.
