Itinerary for [Brighton Bathing Boxes & Puffing Billy Steam Train & Koala Park
& Penguin Parade-1 Day Tour]
The 82 Brighton bathing boxes are distinctive due to their consistent scale
and proportion, construction materials, sentry order alignment, and a Planning
Scheme Heritage Overlay on a beach owned by Bayside City Council. Brights was
Melbourne's favpyrite seaside destination for a long time in the late
nineteenth century. A well-known Bayside landmark and cultural treasure are
the Brighton bathing boxes.
Maru is a family-run attraction where you can see koalas, wombats, crocodiles,
kangaroos, Australian birds, wallabies, Tasmanian devils, dingoes, emus and
even more!
The Puffing Billy is Australia's oldest steam railway. The architecture of the
station follows the style of a small British rural station, passes through the
primitive forest park, and shuttles through the verdant Dandenong Ranges, with
lush fern gullies brushing past and Mountain Ash trees towering overhead,
giving visitors a sense of tranquillity and beauty.
Continue to the western tip of Phillip Island to The Nobbies Centre, a rugged
rocky outcrop with magnificent coastal views. This offers an excellent
opportunity to look out over the seal colony as they languish and frolic on
the rocks and in the water. Then as the sun sets, we head out to Summerland
Beach and grab a spot on the boardwalk. Observe hundreds of little penguins
come up to the shore, making their way across the beach to their homes in the
sand dunes. See the world's smallest penguin in its natural habitat from
viewing stan and boardwalks. Enjoy educational displays in the visitor centre
and the spectacular coastal scenery from the Penguin Parade. This experience
is sure to be the highlight of your visit. We leave this enchanting island
when the parade is over

Our guide Toni Lu was very professional and nice ! He planned so well and allowed sufficient time for us to enjoy each spot. His introduction was lively and informative ! He also took great care of us throughout the trip and the drive. Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wished to view some of the most iconic spots of Melbourne.
Smooth & enjoyable trip with no hiccups !
ALL GOOD,AG VERY GOOD EXPIRENCE
It was a beautiful day and very smooth going as I didn’t expect to see this huge tour bus ferrying only 24 passengers. Driver cum tour guide Steven, has been patience and provided clear guidance at each stop over. What’s worth mentioning is that Steven did a detailed drawing to guide us at the last stop to explore the visiting centre and provided clear guidance on how to proceed beyond the check in to view penguins with different ticket types. Good job!
The tour was very well organised and guide also gave us good tips and guidance throught the day with required refresh breaks. Highly recommended !
Very good experience with the tour guide. Nice cheerful letting us know what we going to expect before our visit
