and private dining rooms. Traditional dim sum trolleys weave through tables,
tea brewed in classic lidded cups (gaiwan), and ceiling fans, patterned tiles,
and birdcage decor recreate authentic old-Hong Kong charm. Veteran chefs
uphold handcrafted mastery, preparing fresh shrimp dumplings, siumai, and
