- Open daily from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Last admission is one hour before closing, at 5:30 PM.
- The experience duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Socks must be worn in the play structure and are available for purchase on-site if not brought.
- No outside food or drinks are permitted, except for infants or special medical needs.
- A digital waiver must be signed before visiting to avoid entry delays. The waiver link is provided on your ticket voucher.
- Re-entry is permitted on the same day with a wristband.
- Two attractions have restrictions: Annie, the Pachyrhinosaurus, has a 250 lb. combined weight maximum (two seats); Outpost Explorer Vehicles require a height of 36 to 48 inches to ride.
- Children under 36 inches in height receive free admission but cannot participate in the Outpost Explorer Vehicles or Annie ride.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Tickets are required for all guests over 36 inches in height.
- To ride Annie, the Pachyrhinosaurus, guests must meet the 250 lb. combined weight limit per sled (two seats).
- To ride Outpost Explorer Vehicles, guests must be 36 to 48 inches tall.
- All guests must sign the digital waiver before entry.
