Highlights
Conquer Mount Rinjani on this two-day-one-night summit trekking tour. Camp overnight on the mountain before making your way up the summit. Itinerary
Day 0
Pick Up Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel and office in Senaru.Senaru
Once you arrive, complete your registration and do a short briefing with your guide where you will learn about the trekking procedure for the next day.Sindang Gile
If you arrive during the day, at least 1 hour before sunset, you will have the option to visit Sindang Gile and Tiu Kelap Waterfall.Drop Off
You will be dropped off back at the hotel.Day 1
Pick Up (6:30AM) Pick up from the hotel lobby and transfer to Rinjani Information Center (RIC) in Sembalun Lawang Village (1,156m).Post 1 Pemantauan
The trek starts with a gentle ascent where you will walk through open grassland used for cattle grazing by local people, after which take a rest stop at Post 1 Pemantauan (1,300m).Post 2 Tengengean
Continue the trek to reach Post 2 Tengengean (1,500m) and enjoy the beautiful views of the Mt. Rinjani summit.Sembalun Crater Rim Camp
Depart Post 2 and resume the trek. Pass by Post 3 Pada Balong (1,800m) and get the chance to observe wildlife such as wild pigs and the long-tailed grey macaque monkeys as you make your way to Sembalun Crater Rim Camp (2,639m).Senaru Crater Rim Camp (5:30PM)
Spend the night resting at the Sembalun Crater Rim Camp before continuing the ascent to the summit in the early morning.Day 2
Sembalun Crater Rim Camp (2:30AM) After a light breakfast, start the 3-hour climb to the summit.Summit
Upon reaching the summit, admire the amazing sunrise views across the Wallace Line to Bali, Mt. Agung and Sumbawa.Base Camp 2
After another breakfast, begin the descent down to Sembalun village. After 4 to 5 hours of trekking, stop at Base camp 2 for lunch.Sembalun Village (4:00PM)
Reach Sembalun village where you will be transferred back to your accommodation or the airport.

You are recommended to arrive in Senaru the day before the activity date to avoid any delays the next day. One night's accommodation in Senaru is included in your package. However, you do have the option to arrive on the same day as the trekking.
The accommodation in Senaru is at Sinar Rinjani Cottage or similar. If you're a group of 2 pax, you will be sharing one twin-beds room. If you're a group of 3, you will be sharing one twin-beds room with an extra bed.
