Here are offered balneological therapies for the treatment of circulatory, nervous and musculoskeletal and skin diseases. Over the past decades "speleotherapy" also became popular for the treatment of lung diseases, a key feature of which is the use of karst caves, representing an environment in which there is no dust.

The cave was discovered in 1984 and was almost immediately developed as a show itself. Kumistavi owes a famous Caucasian myth about Amirani for the sonorous naming of the “Cave of Prometheus”. There are spectacular views of stalactites, stalagmites, petrified waterfalls, underground rivers and lakes of the cave. Throughout the cave, there are colorful lights, ranging from orange, red to pink and blue.
