This is a great trip combining beautiful sunrise and relaxing hotspring soak. Our guide WAYAN is very good and helpful. He made the whole hiking journey very enjoyable. Our driver DIB is also very professional and transfer us to/ from our hotel safely.
It was a mind blowing experience. The climb up Mt Batur was a steep 600m elevation rise so be perpared. But our guide WAYAN was extremely helpful, he went the above and beyond his responsibilities; helping us take exceptional pictures, holding our hands as we struggled, giving us hiking poles and torch lights. Fluent in 10 languages, he will give you an unforgettable experience. Our driver DIBYA was also very punctual and friendly. He accommodated us very well and prepared water for us too. PLEASE REQUEST FOR WAYAN AND DIBYA WHEN YOU MAKE BOOKINGS. They are really the best of the best.
Sapri was our driver for the trip. Transportation and events are well planned. Breathtaking view from the top. Would highly recommend Nova for the guide, he is really patient and accommodating.
Our driver Garis picked us up right on time, the drive was pleasant and without pressure, all for the driver. Climbing and sunrise are beautiful. Climbing was even a little easier than expected with our guide who told us about nature and the volcano and took breaks whenever needed.
The hike was really well organised. Agus and Nova were fantastic at giving us information before the actual hike. Nova was really helpful during the hike and Agus showed us around for the rest of the trip. Thank you for your time!
