Highlights
Escape the crowds and dive into an authentic piece of Vietnamese history with a visit to the Cu Chi Ben Duoc Tunnels. Located further from the city than the more touristy Ben Dinh site, this complex offers a realistic and less-modified look at the incredible underground network used during the war. You will wander through a larger, more original tunnel system that truly demonstrates the resilience and ingenuity of those who lived there.
Experience the intensity of the past as you crawl through narrow passageways, discover hidden trapdoors, and explore command centers and hospital bunkers. Beyond the tunnels, you can taste traditional wartime snacks like cassava and tea or choose to visit the War Remnants Museum for a deeper historical perspective. With small groups limited to 10 travelers, you are guaranteed a personalized and immersive journey through one of Vietnam's most significant landmarks.
- Authentic Experience: Explore Ben Duoc, a quieter and more original section of the Cu Chi Tunnels often missed by large tour groups.
- Underground Adventure: Navigate the vast network of tunnels, command centers, and camouflaged traps used by soldiers.
- War Remnants Museum: Opt for a morning tour extension to witness moving exhibits and photographs from the Vietnam War.
- Wartime Flavors: Try a simple snack of boiled cassava and tea, a staple food for those living in the tunnels during the conflict.
- Small-Group Comfort: Enjoy a more intimate and flexible tour experience with a maximum of only 10 participants.
- Hassle-Free Logistics: Benefit from convenient round-trip transfers from over 400 hotels in Ho Chi Minh City.

Our tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels with Ken was fantastic; his detailed explanations and great sense of humor made the history engaging while keeping the vibe relaxed. The 10-person group size was absolutely ideal, offering a personal feel that made navigating the site seamless. If you're visiting, Ken is the perfect guide to balance deep insights with a lighthearted touch!
Amazing way to understand the famous tunnels, why they existed. Great guide to help us understand the unfortunate history front, and nice group size to be intimate enough
Great trip. Guide was super informative and gave background on politics, language and Vietnam in general
A truly wonderful experience - thank you so much!!!
Excellent and the tour guide Mr. Ken at his best to explain everything.
Good experience, good tour guide Ben. Thanks
Host Nhu was very friendly and took great care of the group.
Overall experience was okay, the guide was probably entry level, our group was told to listen to the other group guide explanatory during the tour which I personally feel that there's lack of professionalism from the tour guide. We had booked the trip added with tickets to the War Remnants Museum via Pelago and was not presented by the local agent as they claim that there's no record of booking of tickets on their Viator despite us providing proof of purchase on our booking voucher. We gave them the benefit of doubt and forgo the tickets, Pelago may need to investigate and find where's the missing link between Pelago and Viator platform. I would recommend not to add-on till both side agent resolve their issue.
