The bus stops are located right outside the airport terminals. The Lufthansa Express stops at four locations in Munich Airport: Terminal 2, Terminal 1A, Munich Airport Center (MAC), and Terminal 1D.

The bus came slightly late and we had 4 pieces of luggage with us. The driver loaded 2 and just went off, leaving the other 2 bags by the road for us to load ourselves. We had to help another passenger load hers as well. The ride was good and convenient compared to taking the metro and much cheaper than taking a taxi.
Not bad. Hassle free.. however, if landing at munich t1, u need go over t2 to find the pick up place.. a short 5-10 mins walk..
