- Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Last admission at 10:00 PM).
- Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Last admission at 11:00 PM).
Must Know
- Admission is strictly limited to your reserved time slot only.
- Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
- Food and drinks are prohibited, though bottled drinks with lids and water bottles are allowed.
- Large luggage and strollers are not permitted inside; please use the designated parking area or external lockers.
- Refrain from wearing light-up shoes or bringing glow sticks that may disturb the viewing experience.
- Mirrored floors are featured in some areas; wrap cloths are available for guests wearing skirts.
- Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will render the ticket invalid.

- All ages and nationalities are welcome!
- Adult: Age 13 and up.
- Child: Age 4–12.
- Children aged 3 and under are free of charge.
Child Policy
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older.
- Children aged 3 and under enter for free and do not require a ticket.
- Guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times.

- Valid photo ID (Driver’s license, passport, student ID, etc.) for verification if requested.
Accessibility

- Not recommended for those sensitive to light stimuli, confined spaces, or motion sickness.
- Animals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 1 day before the activity (by 11:59 PM local time) are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
Voucher Use
- Present your QR code ticket (on your smartphone or printed) at the entrance for admission.
- Please arrive and line up before your designated admission time.
- Voucher is valid only for the participation date and time specified.
- Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
- Resale for commercial purposes, as well as listing or transferring tickets on auction sites or flea market apps, is strictly prohibited.
- In the event that resale is discovered, the relevant ticket will be rendered invalid, and admission may be refused.
