Minimum 4 guests required. Departures with fewer than 14guests may operate by shared small-group vehicle instead of the regular tour bus. In this case, onboard guide commentary may not be available. Vehicle type is assigned based on operations and cannot be selected in advance.

A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy their own seats receive free entrance to Everland. Kids aged 3 and above will need a ticket. Adult and child tickets are the same price.

Return Transfer - Please return to the designated meeting point before the scheduled departure time. The bus cannot wait for late guests.

The service language will be arranged based on the majority language comprehension of the participants; a specific language cannot be selected.

Firework show timings vary in different seasons. Please note that our tour will depart back to Seoul on time, and participants might miss the firework show.

A tour reminder will be sent by email 1 day before departure, before 5:00 PM (KST).

Everland contains stimulating attractions. Seniors, individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, disabilities, and pregnant women may not be accommodated.Insurance is not included in this trip. Participants are advised to purchase traveler insurance in advance.Contact & Reminder- Please provide a valid WhatsApp number and check your email before departure.

Park Visit- This is a self-guided visit after entering Everland. Attractions and facilities are subject to Everland’s operating schedule, weather, and maintenance. No refunds will be provided for attraction closures or operational changes.

Everland park facilities may close due to weather, festivals, maintenance, or other factors. No refunds for same-day cancellations in such situations. Tours will proceed in case of rain.

Due to Everland's regulations, our tour bus cannot stop directly at the main entrance. Passengers will disembark at the designated parking lot, a 5-minute walk from the main entrance. Upon entering Everland, there is no guide service available. It is recommended to download the Everland app for park information.

Everland's entrance tickets will be provided by the guide on the tour day upon arrival. KKday vouchers cannot be used as entry. Ensure that you leave the messenger tool so that the guides can contact you. It is recommended to use WhatsApp for easier communication. In emergencies, contact the number stated at the bottom of your voucher.
