— Check-in Information —

— Campsite Facilities —

• Basic facilities: Running water, restrooms, and shower rooms.
• Camping equipment: Island Hill tent, parasol/canopy space, camping tables and chairs, camping lights, and cooking stove.
• Thoughtful amenities: Supply box (bowls, plates, cutlery, seasonings), portable air conditioner (1.5 HP), mattress and quilt, and charcoal grill.
• Convenient services: Free Wi-Fi, power supply, and charging cables.

Note: The above camping equipment and thoughtful amenities are only applicable
to guests who book the Island Hill Glamping Experience. All equipment for
Autocamper Glamping experiences uses designer brands and top-tier camping
brands, aiming to blend nature, comfort, and aesthetics to provide you with a
unique camping experience.

— Important Notes —

• This activity does not include food and beverage arrangements; guests must bring their own or order through the supplier.
• All equipment and supplies provided for this activity are for rental purposes and must be returned in the condition they were received. In case of damage or loss, compensation must be made according to the terms agreed upon at check-in (excluding consumables).
• A security deposit of HK$1,000 must be paid on-site at check-in.
• Upon check-out, if the tent and equipment are not damaged or soiled, the staff will refund the full deposit. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct from the deposit or request additional compensation based on the situation.

— Campsite Rules (Must Read!!!) —

• The campsite must be kept clean. Do not cut down trees, pick flowers or plants, remove stones, or otherwise damage the landscape. Participants are responsible for taking away all trash generated during their stay.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM*.
• Check-out time is before 12:00 PM*.
• All participants should stop any activities that cause disturbing noise after 10:00 PM.
• Once the booking is confirmed and paid, our company will not cancel the reservation due to personal reasons of the applicant. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
• In the event of accidents, typhoons (Signal No. 1 or above; the site will close at Signal No. 3), or severe weather (thunderstorms, etc.) during the camping period, we will handle rescheduling at our discretion to ensure guests have a pleasant camping trip. However, we reserve the absolute right to make all final decisions.
• The campsite will close when Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted. Please pay attention to the weather and contact us in a timely manner.
• Smoking, gambling, drunken disturbances, or any behavior violating Hong Kong laws is strictly prohibited within the campsite.
• Participants are not allowed to light fires directly on the grass within the campsite. If using a fire pit, you must use bricks to elevate it and place a fireproof mat underneath. Any damage will result in a fine.
• Do not use campsite power without authorization. Please cherish water and take care of public property.
• A deposit of $1,500 is required for pet-friendly sites to ensure the campsite/furniture remains clean.
• Participants must keep their personal belongings safe. The applicant group/participant is responsible for any loss.
• If there is any violation of these campsite rules or any illegal or unruly behavior, we reserve the right to terminate the stay at any time, and no fees paid will be refunded.

Declaration: I certify that the following information is correct and agree to abide by the 'Campsite Rules'. If the applicant or group violates the rules during the stay, resulting in any accidents or losses, I will be responsible for the consequences. Ma Wan Campsite Management Limited reserves the right to pursue legal action.
