Was great. Wendy reached out to coordinate the pick up at my hotel with her guide, lucas before the trip. Almost immediately after I booked the trip. Lucas, was very fluent in English, friendly and patient in sharing the history throughout the whole trip. It lend more meaning and background to the historical tour. He was also very accommodating to cater to my request to drop off at MRT station instead. Recommend this with family.
